FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions Enclosing Module and its Installation on Ready Frame of Building refers to construction of buildings and represents a symbiosis of modular housing construction and monolithic frame of residential, public and industrial buildings to their complete readiness. Task group of inventions is significant reduction of labour intensity of installation works due to manufacturing enclosing modules of full availability in production conditions with guaranteed air gap throughout building height and exclusion of works on front side of building, as well as possibility to install barrier modules with its adjustment in three directions of installation with fixation of vertical and horizontal planes according to design documentation, exclude use of lifting cranes at walls erection. At that increase the useful area of the building. This is achieved by the fact that enclosing module is made in industrial conditions to complete factory readiness based on already determined parameters and in accordance with selected architectural solution and in such form is carried to the construction site of finished frame of building, and in the form of sets of enclosing modules corresponding to each floor, distributed on floors, then installing enclosing modules along the entire perimeter of slabs of each floor using a lifting device located on the floor above, hanging them from outside on support brackets protruding along the perimeter of slabs of floors, wherein assemble of enclosing modules on first floor is made on four support brackets of attachment unit with adjustment of their position in three directions, exposing enclosing modules in accordance with preliminary survey of object for determination of parameters of enclosing modules of full factory readiness and application of reference horizontal and vertical points for monitoring of their installation, and on subsequent floors mounting is performed on two support brackets of attachment assembly, located from above with fit lateral sides of upper enclosing modules between mounting loops of lower enclosing module, with their location from below between ledges of grooves of upper enclosing module, providing a guaranteed air ventilated gap throughout height of enclosing structure of building, at that, before final docking between adjacent enclosing modules in slots of ledges of flange of U-shaped profile the insert is installed, which provides tightness of their joints, installation of enclosing module is completed by formation from inside common external wall by traditional methods.
EFFECT: technical result allows increasing labour productivity by 10 times due to exclusion of use of tower cranes and without additional assembly of enclosing module during its installation.
