FIELD: heat and mass transfer device.
SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by a heat and mass transfer device, which includes a cylindrical body, collectors for removing and supplying coolant into a channel formed by vertically mounted contact pairs of plates. Adjacent pairs of plates form gas-liquid channels, in each of which perforated corrugated heat-conducting elements are installed. The collector is made in the form of a central pipe, the plates are combined in pairs into heat exchange modules and installed with eccentricity with respect to the radius so that one of the walls is tangent to the collector. The modules have rounded top and bottom edges, and the coolant is supplied to the modules tangentially to the collector. The collector participates in heat exchange and has a blind partition that divides it into two parts: inlet and outlet.
EFFECT: increase of manufacturability of the design, operating efficiency and the rate of heat and mass transfer.
