FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices intended for heat exchange between fluid flows, fluid mass exchange with fluid or solid substance, chemical processes under temperature control conditions, and can be used in various industries. Disclosed is a heat-mass exchange unit made of vertically installed heat exchange elements, made in the form of bent in radial direction, equally spaced from each other bellows or corrugated pipes with a cross-section in the form of a rectangle with rounded angles and an axially directed long side, welded together by vertical seams and forming an annular row around the vertical axis of the housing, each heat exchange element forms in the inner cavity a radial channel, and adjacent heat exchange elements form axial channels between each other, besides, heat-mass exchange unit is equipped with sealing elements, separating the axial and radial channels and serving to connect the heat-mass-exchange unit to the other heat-mass exchange unit and/or to the housing of the apparatus, in the form of internal cover or bushing and outer ring or bushing.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of heat-mass-exchange unit design and constancy of cross-section of fluid flow in radial direction.
