FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out transplantation graft from the broadest muscle of the back with vascular graft pedicle being separated along thoracodorsal and subscapular arteries over the whole length after removing the tumor. It enables the graft pedicle to be elongated and to transfer easily the graft into the zone of defect in any quadrant of the mammary gland. EFFECT: reduced number of cicatrices to one; reduced number of complications.
