Data exchange between the user’s personal device and an external service through a capsule browser is provided, designed to interact with personal information capsules and external services, in which external services automatically receive the necessary information from the user’s personal information capsule to ensure data exchange with the user, and the user receives uniformly structured data from various external services.

EFFECT: increase of speed of interaction between the user and external services, since the capsule browser creates uniform rules for interaction between the user and all external services.
