FIELD: computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of creating a mobile application with a mobile application control system and transmitting it to a user is implemented using an operator server, configured to receive from a user a request to create a mobile application with a mobile application control system and transmit to the user a finished mobile application with a mobile application control system, which has its own operating scenario on any operating system. Using the operator's server, a signal is received from the user, which contains a request for creating a mobile application, which includes information on the operating scenario of the mobile application. Further, using the operator's server, the signal received from the user is processed and ready-made software components which correspond to the operating scenario of the mobile application specified in the user request are selected. Assembly interface is used to assemble the selected ready-made software components, as well as to configure, adapt and integrate them with each other, with the above mobile application control system and with the operating system. Using the operator's server, a ready-made mobile application is created from the assembled ready-made software components, which includes a ready-made mobile application control panel, a data exchange key in the form of a command built into the assembled ready-made software components, as well as a binary data packet corresponding to the operating scenario of the mobile application specified in the request received from the user, and configured to be deployed on the operating system of the user. Data exchange key is configured to interact between the user server and the ready mobile application to obtain user content. Further, the ready mobile application with the mobile application control system is transmitted to the user for subsequent deployment by the user on the operating system and implementation of the mobile application operation scenario.

EFFECT: enabling fast and repeated creation of mobile applications ready for deployment an unlimited number of times on a target platform.
