SUBSTANCE: wide-cut tillage implement contains a tongue, a central section of the frame and two side sections, rotatable relative to the central section due to connection with hydraulic cylinders, a mechanism for rolling the wheels of the central section, support wheels and working parts. The structural width of the central and side sections of the frame is equal. Each side section is connected to the central section through a pair of inclined hinges, hangers and a pair of longitudinal hinges. Inclined hinges connect the suspensions with the central section of the frame and are located in such a way that their paired axes of rotation are oriented at an angle of 20 to 35 degrees to the plane formed by the upper edges of the beams of the central section. On one side of the central section, the front inclined hinge is located below the rear one, and their axis of rotation runs 40…100 mm above the front beam of the central section. On the other side, the front inclined hinge is located higher than the rear one, and their axis of rotation runs at 40…100 mm above the rear beam of the central section. The other ends of the suspensions are connected to longitudinal hinges located on the side sections of the frame in such a way that when the tool is in working position, their rotation axes are oriented in pairs and longitudinally.

EFFECT: design of a wide-cut tillage implement is simplified, making it possible to optimize the ratio of the width of the implement in the working and transport positions.
