FIELD: anion exchange membranes.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method for producing a homogeneous anion exchange membrane intended for the extraction of various ions from food and technological solutions. The method involves casting a solution of a copolymer of N,N-diallyl-N,N-dimethylammonium chloride and ethyl methacrylate in an organic solvent onto a smooth surface and drying the membrane by evaporating the solvent at 20-25°C. Acetonitrile, or chloroform, or dichloroethane is used as an organic solvent. The component content is 1-20 wt.% copolymer and 80-99 wt.% solvent.
EFFECT: resulting membranes have a reduced integral coefficient of diffusion permeability in concentrated (0.5-2 M) electrolyte solutions and retain their energy efficiency (high mass transfer coefficient).
