FIELD: membrane equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the membrane equipment, in particular to the anion-exchange membranes and the ion-exchange membranes with improved mass transfer characteristics production methods. Described is the modified anion-exchange membrane consisting of the homogeneous anion-conducting layer and the inert fluoropolymer layer deposited thereon, in which a layer of soluble in organic solvents fluoropolymer, with the structural formula (-CF2-CF2-CH2-CF2-)n, is applied from solutions in organic solvents in the form of the inhomogeneous layer with thickness of up to 100 microns, which heterogeneity consists of the flat circles with diameter of 50–500 microns array with a distance between the circles centers from 100 to 700 microns. Also disclosed is the modified anion exchange membrane manufacturing method.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is increase in the hydrophobicity degree and the mass transfer characteristics improvement, increase in the modified anion-exchange membrane electric convection.
