After 8 weeks, an artificial sphincter is implanted, for which an incision is made in the area of the peno-scrotal angle along the midline with a length of 8 cm, a Scott retractor is installed, the distal part of the bulbous urethra is isolated using a blunt and sharp method at the border with the penile region for 4 cm, using a measuring tape, the size of the cuff on the urethra is determined, the artificial sphincter cuff is installed on the urethra and secured, a tunnel is created from the surgical access into the prevesical space, where a place is formed for the location of the reservoir, the artificial sphincter reservoir is installed in the prevesical space, an artificial sphincter pump is installed in the scrotum, the elements of the artificial sphincter are filled with sterile physiological solution, they are connected using connectors and the functioning of the elements of the artificial sphincter is checked, after which the postoperative wound is sutured.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to treat urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction, improve the quality of life of patients, improve urinary retention, relieve the patient of erectile dysfunction and optimize treatment costs.
