FIELD: multi-stage thin-walled shell.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the production of a multi-stage thin-walled shell having cylindrical stages and conical parts in the shape of a truncated cone. The device for manufacturing the shell contains a matrix with an internal multi-stage working cavity, a multi-stage cylindrical moulding punch with a cavity in its lower end, made with the possibility of vertical movement in the direction of the lower plate, and a dispensing punch and an ejector located in the lower part of the matrix, spring-loaded by an elastic element. The moulding punch is designed to distribute and crimp the shell blank in the shape of a truncated cone and contains steps for forming a finished thin-walled shell. The internal multi-stage working cavity of the matrix has a part corresponding to the outer surface of the finished thin-walled shell. The dispensing punch is made with a working surface in the form of a cylindrical belt, turning into a truncated cone.
EFFECT: stability of the technological process of forming a thin-walled workpiece into a multi-stage thin-walled shell without adjusting the parameters of expansion and crimping.
