SUBSTANCE: technical solutions for controlling the melting process of metals and alloys in induction furnaces. The crucible contains a lining, a vertical metal reservoir with external spiral turns that create a high-frequency electromagnetic field of 50 kHz. The crucible is made composite, the lining is made in the form of a bottom made of refractory ceramic material, and the tank is made of hard-alloy soldered plates of tungsten-cobalt alloy VK8 with a tank wall thickness of 1.98-2.0 mm, while the lower base of the tank is attached to the ceramic bottom.

EFFECT: significant reduction in the labor intensity of melting control and maintenance with measuring equipment.
