FIELD: engraving machine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a machine for cleaning and engraving surfaces using a jet-vacuum method. The machine contains a suction head with a dry vacuum cleaner with a filter for fine dust, surrounded by a submersible pipe, which is inserted into the upper container, a filling funnel located under the filter for fine dust in the middle container, and an underlying sieve with an underlying funnel-shaped hopper for abrasive/granulate, devices to prevent accumulation of abrasive/granulate and a dosing device with a dosing disc. The dosing device is located in a circular body, open at the top, which simultaneously forms the body of the dosing device and contains a dosing disc. The housing has grooves in the form of ball grooves on its inner diameter. The indicated ball grooves are located on the body of the metering disc with an offset every 45°. On the outer edge of the metering disc, corresponding balls are located in the corresponding cavities, which are designed to be pressed by means of pressure springs in the direction of the outer edge of the metering disc and, with a corresponding rotational movement of the metering disc, to interact with the ball grooves.
EFFECT: effective cleaning and increased service life of the machine.
