FIELD: separation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to vibrating screen for use in separation of solid particles, especially in such fields of application as pharmaceutics and food industry. In general, the vibrating screen has wider application, for example, in dressing of minerals, dehydration, treatment of effluents, development of open pits, etc. Vibrating screen comprises a screen bearing frame having an inner circumference and an outer circumference, screen for separation of solid particles, passing horizontally inside the bearing frame of the screen and vertically supported by the bearing frame of the screen, one or more vibration motors located on the outer circumference of the bearing frame of the screen and providing the possibility of generating a vibration component in the direction (z), perpendicular to the screen, at least two inner annular discs, each of which has an inner rim and an outer rim. Each of said at least two inner annular discs is attached to the inner circumference of the bearing frame of the screen by its outer rim, and in which said at least two internal annular discs are spaced from each other in parallel planes, and an inner sleeve located inside the bearing frame of the sleeve and attached to the inner rims of the at least two inner annular discs. Upper inner annular disc of said two inner annular discs and inner bushing provide a solid surface, while lower inner annular disc of said two inner annular discs is provided with holes facing the external medium.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of the vibrating screen for sieving.
