SUBSTANCE: invention is related to configuring a supplementary link (SL) transmission resource. The terminal device can receive scheduling information from the network device and choose the first available resource, which is no earlier than the target instant, out of the set of resources as the supplementary link transmission instant, the target instant is associated with a time correlation parameter, and the time correlation parameter may be obtained from the scheduling information or from the terminal.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of SL transmission by determining the time of SL transmission and increasing the stability and flexibility of the transmission procedure.
