SUBSTANCE: technical result of the invention is to be able to determine the configured resource based on the periodic resource periodicity parameter in the configuration information and the supported sequence number in order to reduce the possibility of deviation between the position of the configured resource obtained by calculation and the position of the resource actually required by the terminal device, thereby realizing an efficient configuration of the configured resource. For this, the terminal device obtains configuration information of the configured resource from the network device, where the configured resource is a periodic resource and the configuration information includes the first parameter. The terminal device determines a determination method for the configured resource based on the first parameter, determines the configured resource, wherein the resource at the same position in the frequency domain, starting from the start position of the configured resource, with the frequency interval of the configured resource is the configured resource. Determination by the terminal device of the HARQ processes of the hybrid automatic request for repetition and use of the mentioned HARQ processes by polling the sequentially occurring configured resources.
