FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a user terminal and a method for radio communication in new generation mobile communication systems. According to the proposed solution, the user terminal contains a receiving section made with the possibility of receiving configuration information from a set of search spaces, and a control section made with the possibility of controlling the monitoring of downstream control information (DCI) of the first format other than the 0_0 and 0_1 formats used for planning the ascending common channel, and the second format other than the 1_0 and 1_1, used to plan the descending common channel, in a set of search spaces configured based on the specified configuration information. The control section is made with the possibility of determining that the monitoring priority is assigned in ascending order of the identifier of the set of search spaces.
EFFECT: possibility of proper management of monitoring of the downstream control information.
