FIELD: ecology.
SUBSTANCE: intended for automated biological assessment of the quality of sea and river waters in areas of beaches and wastewater. The complex includes measuring instruments for continuous recording of behavioral and/or physiological reactions of mussels, connected to a multi-channel mussel activity meter, having mussel fastening units and fixation sensors with a mussel sections opening converter into a code, a telemetry unit having a measuring frame former controller and data transmission units and voltage conversion connected to the battery, connected to an electronics unit having a warning light located in a surface buoy and a cellular communicator connected to a cellular antenna, through which the information is sent via the GSM network and the server to the onshore hardware-software unit for recording emergency situations. The complex has analytical and signal blocks containing parameters of the functional characteristics of indicator organisms, which are calculated from the signals of measuring instruments entering the analytical unit, which is a software and hardware device that includes a computer with software containing a database of parameters of the state of the functional characteristics of various indicator-organisms are normal, made with the possibility of its constant replenishment and editing. The values of the measured parameters are processed by a computer continuously in real time, individually for each individual indicator organism. If the degree of deviation of their average values from the norm is exceeded, the alarm unit is automatically turned on and an alarm signal is generated. The measuring unit is additionally equipped with low-inertia channels of temperature, electrical conductivity, hydrostatic pressure (depth), illumination, waves, an inertial navigation system, as well as a vibration sensor, information from which is sent to the onshore hardware-software unit for recording emergency situations, where it is processed using a probabilistic analysis program of environmental safety with the formation of several stages of alarm and transmission of alarm signals, and allows to control and filter the impact of external interfering factors - changes in temperature, salinity, illumination, waves, currents and noise, affecting the behavioral and/or physiological reactions of aquatic organisms. The complex has generators of acoustic, optical or vibration signals, which allows the operator to influence mussel colonies with acoustic, optical or vibration disturbances, which brings healthy organisms into a closed state, and, after the end of the external influence, after maintaining a certain time interval, carry out analysis and identify the state of functional activity of biosensor organisms, excluding dead specimen.
EFFECT: providing continuous diagnostics of the state of functional activity of biosensor organisms, identifying the degree of their deviations from the norm, which increases the accuracy and reliability of the indication of environmentally hazardous environmental changes.
