System comprises a sealed housing, a flow compartment, cells, gate valves with a receiving device and an accumulator, a homogenisation module, a sample preparation unit, container with methanol, container with acetic acid solution, container with acetonitrile, container for wastes, nozzle, shaker, centrifuge, ultrasonic treatment unit, membrane filter, vial, chromatography-mass spectrometer, electronic control unit, thermal processing unit, solid-phase extraction unit, transmitting device, accumulator, pipeline, compressor, valves with receiving device and accumulator, receiving-transmitting device, portable accumulators and biological test objects. Determination of lipophilic and hydrophilic phycotoxins in muscular tissue of biological test objects is carried out in the framework of environmental monitoring of surface waters in automatic mode.
