FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: bispecific agonistic CD28 antigen-binding molecule is proposed that targets CD28 and CD19 and is characterized by univalent binding to CD28. Also the following are provided: a polynucleotide and an expression vector encoding the said molecule, and a host cell containing them. The invention also relates to a method of obtaining bispecific molecules and methods of their use.
EFFECT: invention can be used in cancer therapy.
