FIELD: unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to UAV and a method for landing it. The UAV contains three propellers, a body, a control system with a central processor integrated into the body, a battery, a radio sensor, lidars, GPS or GLONASS modules, a programmable decision-making system, a pair of movable rising chassis located on the right and left of the body, with a horizontal support structure and the chassis struts are made hollow to accommodate the cable duct. To land the UAV, the decision-making system compares the UAV sensor readings with values from the database library for acceptable landing parameters. If the values coincide, a signal is sent to the servos to lower the landing gear to a certain angle depending on the topography of the landing zone. If the horizon angle deviates from the permissible value, the landing is cancelled.
EFFECT: increased automation and autonomy of the UAV landing process is ensured.
