SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases (IPD). The method includes oral hygiene, antiseptic treatment and local drug therapy. Drug therapy is carried out using “Fagodent”, a gel with bacteriophages and “Bactoblis”, a probiotic drug in the form of chewable tablets. The gel in an amount of 2–3 g is applied in the form of applications 2 times a day for 2 minutes for 3 weeks, then “Baktoblis” is administered 1 tablet 1 time a day before bedtime, and the tablet is dissolved until completely dissolved, without drinking water, the course of treatment is 1 month.

EFFECT: invention provides effective treatment of periodontitis without the use of any antimicrobial drugs, allows to achieve the effect of colonization resistance, which, in turn, allows to achieve stable remission in periodontal tissues.
