SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for surgical treatment of unstable os acromiale. After making an upper transverse approach to the acromion process of the scapula and determining the line of bone nonunion, the bone fragments are mobilized. After installing the double-barreled guide from the set for arthrolatarge surgery, two parallel wires are passed along the posterior surface of the free bone fragment of the acromion in the direction from back to front. Next, the free fragment of the acromion is reamed from back to front using a cannulated drill from the Latarget arthroscopic surgery kit. After repositioning the bone fragments, parallel wires are passed retrogradely through the previously formed channels through the base of the acromion process of the scapula in the direction from front to back. The base of the acromion process of the scapula is drilled through and bone fragments are fixed using cannulated screws.

EFFECT: method reduces the risk of instability of the acromioclavicular joint, minimizes damage to the attachment points of the deltoid muscle, simplifies the surgical technique through the use of instruments widely used for other technologies, and also allows to correct the shape of the acromion and avoid the occurrence of impingement syndrome due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
