SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the treatment of posterior dislocation of the shoulder. Produce rear access to the shoulder joint. A polypropylene implant is used as a fixing element. The implant is fixed medially to the posterior-upper part of the articular process of the scapula and to the posterior-lower part of the articular process of the scapula; laterally - to the posterior edge of the large tubercle of the humerus between the attachment of the small round and infraspinatus muscles.
EFFECT: method provides increased stability of the shoulder joint, prevention of recurrence of shoulder dislocation after open removal, while maintaining biomechanics by strengthening the back of the joint.
