SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for producing materials based on sodium and calcium silicate, which can be used as raw materials for the production of calcium-sodium silicate glass. A method for producing sodium-calcium silicate is proposed, including autoclave treatment of a mixture of sodium hydroxide, sodium silicate and calcium oxide compound, followed by filtration and annealing, characterized in that liquid sodium glass is used as sodium silicate, with lime calcined at 1000-1300°C as the calcium oxide compound at the following ratio of components, mass: 20% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution 60.955 or 30% aqueous sodium hydroxide solution 66.395; liquid sodium glass 12.0-12.5; lime calcined at 1000-1300°C - calcium oxide 10.0-12.0; in this case, autoclave processing is carried out at a temperature of 230-250°C a pressure of 5-6 MPa with a stirring speed of 100-300 rpm for 3-6 hours, and annealing is carried out at a temperature of 350-400°C for 3-4 hours. The proposed method provides a significant reduction in the duration of the process and improves the quality of the final product by obtaining a single-phase product in the absence of impurities. The by-product obtained in the proposed method, that is, the filtrate, contains alkali and traces of silicon, and can be reused to obtain reagent solutions.
