FIELD: equipment for cooling and freezing products.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a thermally insulated module (1), made with the possibility of repeated movement, equipped with a common evaporator, connected to a common temperature sensor, while the thermally insulated module is divided into four zones: a cooling and freezing zone (2), divided into cooling and freezing chambers isolated from each other, laying area (3), equipped with a stacking robot, transport area and control and monitoring area (5), equipped with electronic equipment control and diagnostics panel with control unit. Each cooling and freezing chamber (6) is equipped with an evaporator, a fan, horizontal guides for boxes with products, paired electrode matrices, and a separate external door (7) in a heat-insulated housing, and the side walls of each cooling and freezing chamber and paired electrode matrices are designed to vertical movement.

EFFECT: period from the moment of collection of products to its cooling is reduced, the cooling time of products is reduced, the shelf life is increased without loss of the original quality of products, a continuous process of cooling and freezing of products is ensured without changing process parameters, crystalline freezing of products, preservation of specified operating parameters when exposed to adverse external factors, convenient and quick access to the internal equipment of the device.
