SUBSTANCE: devices for pressure impregnation of the mold (frame) of a product with a one-component binder. The device contains a sealed housing equipped with a lid, in which an open replaceable container is installed, configured to fill it with a binder, in which a submersible pump is installed, formed by a first check valve and a second check valve, between which a membrane is connected. A stepper motor is installed on the cover, the shaft of which, through an eccentric, causes a reciprocating movement of a rod mounted on the membrane of a submersible pump, the first check valve of which is connected in series to a high-pressure channel, a heated hose and a furnace with a mold placed inside for impregnation with a binder.
EFFECT: simplifying the device and improving safety in use.
