FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for precision heat treatment and furnaces therefor. Method includes heating of product in reactor to decomposition temperature of impurities for their removal. Product is then heat treated. Cooling is performed without opening of reactor when vacuum pump from outside of product by cooling source of infrared heating reactor blowing cold air and inside product by forced cooling support, on which treated product is placed. Cooling to temperature, excluding possibility of occurrence of oxidation reaction in treated product. Furnace consists of a quartz reactor in form of bulb 1, inner volume of which is divided into heated high-temperature zone and provide unheated zone. Infrared radiator 2 is wound with high-temperature heating wire with heat-resistant insulation. Free end of bulb 1 is closed by plug 6. Cassette holder 8 is made in form of hollow U-shaped tube. Thermocouple is arranged in tube 10 under cassette holder 8. Ends of cassette holder 8 and second end of tube 10 are fixed in plug 6 below fixed in branch pipe 7. Reactor 1 is connected via branch pipe 7 and distributing panel 21 with vacuum pump 28, compressor 27 and gas cylinder. One end of cassette holder 8 via panel 21 is connected with compressor 27. Device of reciprocal movement allows manipulations with plug 6 of reactor 1.

EFFECT: technical result is to reduce duration of process cycle by reducing cooling time of treated product as well as to improve quality of end product.
