FIELD: tension elements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a clamping device for a flat tension element. The clamping device of the tension flat element contains a clamp and a stop. The clamp is made in the form of a part made of two symmetrical flat V-shaped elements connected by a jumper, at the ends of which, in the planes of the V-shaped elements, through coaxial holes are made and the first and second axes are placed, on the outer surfaces of which the first and second bushings are installed. At the tops of the flat elements along the axes of symmetry there are straight through coaxial cut-outs in which the third axis is located, on the outer cylindrical surface of which there are symmetrical flats located on two opposite sides along the cutouts in the tops of the clamp. A third bushing is installed along the outer diameter of the cylindrical surface of the third axis. The stop is located between the internal surfaces of the flat elements of the V-shaped clamp and is made in the form of a fourth axis with a fourth bushing along the outer diameter. A housing with a key is also included. The housing is made of a rectangular shape with side and end walls connected by a base, in the side walls of which there are coaxial holes and a parallel fourth axis, a fifth axis with a fifth bushing along the outer diameter, a sixth axis with a torsion spring along the outer diameter, as well as straight parallel through cuts, the longitudinal geometric axes of which are located on the line of the geometric axis of movement of the third axis and pass through the centers of the holes in which the fourth axis is located. The transverse axes of the cuts pass through the centers of the holes in which the sixth axis is located, and radial parallel through cuts are also made, the longitudinal axes of which are located on arcs with centers coinciding with the centers of the holes in which the sixth axis is located. A straight through cutout is made in the end wall of the housing, the axis of which is perpendicular to the planes of the side walls. The key is made of a rectangular shape from the side wall, end wall and wall connecting them. The side walls of the key have holes in which a parallel sixth axis and a seventh axis with a sixth bushing along the outer diameter are placed. The side walls of the key have straight blind grooves that interact with the third axis. The longitudinal axes of the grooves pass through the centers of the holes to accommodate the sixth axis. The torsion spring is installed on the sixth axis, the hooks of which interact with the internal surfaces of the connecting wall of the key and the end wall of the housing.
EFFECT: ensuring constant fixation of the flat tension element, eliminating the possibility of damage to the tape when fixing and pulling through the clamping device, as well as the ability to change the fixation force and the length of the tape under load with one hand.
