FIELD: rolled stock.
SUBSTANCE: production of rolled sheets 8-50 mm thick from cold-resistant high-strength high-rigid steel. Carry out continuous casting of steel into slabs, their heating, multi-pass hot rolling of sheets, followed by water quenching and finishing rolling. Continuous casting is carried out from steel containing, wt.%: carbon 0.17-0.24, silicon 0.20-0.40, manganese 0.95-1.50, molybdenum 0.002-0.30, aluminum 0.02 -0.055, chromium 0.03-0.60, nickel 0.40-1.00, copper 0.02-0.10, titanium 0.010-0.03, vanadium max 0.015, niobium max 0.010, boron 0.002- 0.005, nitrogen max 0.007, sulfur max 0.003, phosphorus max 0.013, iron the rest. Moreover, the chemical composition of steel is selected depending on the thickness of the rolled product and carbon equivalent. In this case, finishing rolling is carried out with an end temperature in the range of 860-940°C, and water quenching after hot rolling is carried out in the temperature range 850-950°C.
EFFECT: high-strength, wear-resistant sheet steel is obtained with high levels of hardness and impact strength at temperatures down to minus 40°C.
