FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pulsating jet engines (PJE) and can be used as a power unit for an aircraft. The engine design includes a fuel supply pipe (1), an inlet device (2), a combustion chamber (3) with a spark plug (4), an outlet device (5) of the combustion chamber (3), an evaporator coil (6), resonance tube (7), brackets (8) and mounting strips (9). A set of nozzles (10) is installed in the inlet device (2), forming a gas-dynamic input diode. A set of nozzles (11) is installed in the outlet device (5), forming a gas-dynamic output diode. Moreover, the flow areas of the nozzles installed in the inlet device are smaller than the nozzles installed in the outlet device.
EFFECT: increase of the operating efficiency of the PJE due to better filling of the combustion chamber with the air-fuel mixture.
