SUBSTANCE: used for fastening hinged wall cladding systems with a ventilated air gap in buildings and structures under construction and reconstruction, made, for example, from three-layer reinforced concrete wall panels. The anchor fastening of a hinged ventilated facade contains an anchor with a fastening unit, wherein the anchor consists of a rod made of composite material and a threaded rod fixed in it with one end, on which three fixing washers and nuts are pre-installed, where two pairs of nuts and washers are designed to secure guides for fastening facade elements with the function of an extension regulator, and the remaining nut and washer are designed to secure the threaded pin to the rod, wherein the threaded pin is made of metal.
EFFECT: creation of an improved anchor fastening for a hinged ventilated facade, ensuring its increased performance characteristics.
