FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: used to remove gases from feed water of heating and hot water supply systems. A periodic vacuum deaerator for a heating and hot water supply system includes a control system, a deaeration chamber 1 with a nozzle 2 for spraying source water, a water supply valve 3 to the nozzle 2, a gas release valve 4, a deaeration start sensor 6, an outlet pipe 7 connected to a pump 8 , behind which a membrane expansion tank 14 for a supply of deaerated water to displace the vapor-gas mixture and a check valve 15 connected to the prepared water supply line to the consumer is mounted. According to the invention, it additionally contains an upper level sensor 5 mounted in the upper part of the deaeration chamber 1. A backup pump 9 is additionally mounted parallel to pump 8, also connected to the outlet pipe 7. Before each pump 8 and 9, inlet check valves 10 and 11 are mounted, and behind pumps 8 and 9 - output check valves 12 and 13, the outputs of which are connected to a water flow sensor 14 installed in front of the entrance to the membrane expansion tank 17 of the deaerated water supply, connected with a check valve 15 connected to the prepared water supply line to the consumer and a vapor-gas mixture displacement valve 16 located on the deaeration water supply line from the membrane expansion tank 17 to the upper part of the deaeration chamber 1, in which a downpipe 20 with a valve 19 for reducing the rate of vapor-gas displacement is mounted mixture and throttle 18 limiting the speed of displacement of the vapor-gas mixture. The inlet of the downpipe 20 is connected to the deaeration water supply line from the expansion tank 17, and the outlet is located above the bottom of the deaeration chamber 1. The sensor 6 for the start of deaeration is located at a level from 5% to 10% of the height from the bottom of the deaeration chamber 1.
EFFECT: increasing the performance and reliability of the vacuum deaerator, expanding the functionality, and also providing the possibility of its use in an industrial version in automated boiler rooms without switching the hydraulic circuit and without operational maintenance personnel.
