FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used to remove gases from feed water of heating and hot water supply systems. Vacuum deaerator of intermittent action includes a control system, a deaeration chamber with a nozzle for spraying initial water, valve for supplying water to the nozzle, a valve for reducing the rate of displacement of the steam-gas mixture with a throttle connected to it in parallel, a gas release valve, a sensor for the beginning of deaeration, a high level sensor, water flow sensor, outlet branch pipe of deaeration chamber, pump with check valves connected at pump inlet and outlet. According to the invention, a water flow rate sensor, a valve for reducing the rate of displacement of the steam-gas mixture with a throttle connected to it in parallel are installed on the pipeline for supplying initial water to the nozzle. Vacuum deaerator is additionally equipped with a chemical reagent supply tank and a dosing unit, the output of which is connected to deaeration chamber 1.
EFFECT: reduced dimensions and metal consumption, increased reliability of operation and efficiency of deaerator, possibility to supply deaerated water both to heat networks, and to gravity storage tanks.
