FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the methods for presenting information based on a coded tag, as well as to the field of registration, processing and transmission of data and can be used to create centralized, including automated, methods and systems for remote management of personal data of employees manufacturing enterprises. A method for remote management of personal data of workers at production facilities is proposed, implemented by a system in which a database of personal data of workers is formed in the form of information blocks with fields containing records with employee data. Each information block is assigned a unique identifier, and NFC tag containing an identifier is generated for each employee tags associated with said information block identifier. The requests for registration from potential users are accepted in the system, and a user database is generated in the form of information blocks with fields containing records with unique user identifiers in the form of hash codes of user authorization data. Each information block is assigned a unique user group identifier with the ability to provide limited access to records associated with the user's group ID. When accessing the web server through a request from the user device, the entered authorization data is compared with the user ID, and if there is a match, the user is given access to employee records associated with the user group ID, with the ability to work with the said information within the rights of a member of the group to which the user is included, while for group members with limited administrator rights, the mentioned information is transmitted with the possibility of changing it in employee records within the rights of a member of the group in which the user is included, and for group members in which users are vested with the exclusive right to receive information about personal data of workers, the mentioned information is transmitted with the ability to view the corresponding records of workers within the rights of a member of the group to which the user is included. The first stage is to contact the web server of a member of one of the groups in which users are exclusively entitled to receive information about the personal data of workers, is the reading by an NFC reader of a portable user device of an employee's NFC tag.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures increased accessibility, reliability and accuracy of personal information about employees of production facilities provided to registered users, as well as increased security of personal data.
