METHOD FOR INCREASING RANGE OF ACTIVE RELAYING OF UHF RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION SIGNALS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC H01Q1/38

Abstract RU 2808932 C1

FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of increasing the range of active RFID relaying of UHF signals, the inter-channel isolation of the amplifier module is increased to make it possible to increase the channel gain while maintaining system stability by implementing duplex summation/separation of the signals of the receiving and transmitting channels in a specially modified external antenna with increased mutual isolation between the emitters and at the same time increasing the gain of the external antenna by designing such an antenna in the form of a multi-beam antenna array consisting of at least two elements, with the said array forming at least one directional pattern (DP). At the same time, modification of the external antenna includes the use of means for suppressing cross-polarization field components that arise when a separate polarization is excited and reduce the mutual isolation of orthogonal emitters, the resulting channel energy and the operating range of the RFID repeater.

EFFECT: increased range of active RFID relay of UHF signals within a single reading session due to increased channel energy of the RFID relay system.
