SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and specifically to radio frequency identification (RFID) systems, and is used in UHF systems with passive and semi-passive tags. Disclosed is ultra high frequency range radio frequency identification signals retransmitter, including an external antenna located on the outer wall of the metal container with a high degree of radio-tightness, bidirectional relay module and internal antenna array located on inner wall of metal container, wherein for the amplitude-phase distribution formation at the internal antenna array antenna elements inputs the software-reconfigurable digital beam-forming unit is used, characterized in that between each DAC output, input of the ADC and the port of the antenna element of the internal antenna array include a circulator which enables operation in at least one polarization basis.

EFFECT: further improvement of system engineering and maximization of the number of reliably readable marks which identify objects inside a container with metal walls, including in conditions of strong interference of an electromagnetic field.
