FIELD: pipelines.
SUBSTANCE: used in the manufacture of protective coatings for main pipelines. Polycarbamidе protective coating for underground structures includes two components A and B with a volume ratio of 1:1. Component A contains amino-terminated polyols, castor oil, diethyltoluene diamine, 3,3'-dichloro-4,4'-diphenylmethane, butylaminodiphenylmethane, silane-based adhesive additive and pigment paste. Component B includes an isocyanate-containing methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, an MDI-based aromatic polyisocyanate and dibutyl phthalate.
EFFECT: increasing the adhesion of the coating, mechanical strength, resistance to thermal aging, as well as its durability.
