FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polyurethane systems. Disclosed is a construction sealant or adhesive, consisting of two parts, including a component of base part A and component activator part B; where part A includes: at least one secondary amine or acrylate monomer and a diol, triol and/or tetrol, having nominal average molecular weight between 1,000 and 6,000; part B includes: aromatic di- or polyisocyanate monomer and isocyanate end prepolymer of aromatic diisocyanate or polyisocyanate and polyol; components of part A to part B are provided, to be mixed in weight ratio of 5:1 to 1.8:1; where construction sealant or adhesive exhibits adhesion of paint coat at least about 3B when testing according to ASTM D3359; value of absence of sag about 0.0–0.1 B/S when testing according to ASTM D-2202 and at least one: 100 % modulus less than about 690 kPa (100 lb/in2) in presence of plasticiser when testing according to ASTM D412; tensile strength equal to about 690 kPa (100 lb/in2) or higher when testing according to ASTM D412 or elongation at break of about 250 % or higher when testing according to ASTM D412. Also disclosed is a method of producing a construction sealing compound or adhesive.
