FIELD: cable stripping equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for removing sheathing. The equipment for removing the sheath from a cable contains a support frame, a drive pneumatic motor, a pressing unit and a feeding support plate, wherein the pressing unit is installed in the inner region of the support frame, the outer end of the drive pneumatic motor is in transmission connection with the pressing unit and the feeding end of the support frame is connected to feed carrier plate. The pressing unit contains a first transmission shaft and a second transmission shaft, wherein a lower stripping roller is installed on the first transmission shaft, pressing teeth on the lower stripping roller and pressing teeth on the second transmission shaft are arranged in alternation, and the operation of breaking the outer layers of the cable sheath is performed by means of vertical pressing. The cable stripping equipment is compact in structure, small in size, convenient and quick to carry, driven by pneumatic motor, more convenient to use, time-saving and labour-saving, and ensures high operating efficiency, so that workers' labour costs are reduced.
EFFECT: provision of an easy and fast automatic operation for removing the sheath from the cable using pressing force.
