FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Spine implant, contains first spine fastening element for fastening to first area of spine, second spine fastening element for fastening to second area of spine and device for changing dimensions after implantation, placed between said first and second spine fastening elements and put into action after surgical operation, which is realised for installation to patient of claimed spine implant to provide movement of first and second spine fastening elements relative to each other. Said device for changing dimensions after implantation contains leveling screws, which are put into action by gearing, which is started by remote control engine. Spine implant for destruction between upper spinous process of vertebra and lower spinous process of vertebra, contains first bearing plate, placed below upper spinous process of vertebra; second bearing plate, placed above lower spinous process of vertebra; and device for changing dimensions after implantation, placed between mentioned bearing plates, put into action after implantation of claimed spine implant to patient. Mentioned device for changing dimensions after implantation contains leveling screws, which are put into action by gearing. Rotation of mentioned gearing results in the following: mentioned first bearing plate presses on upper spinous process of vertebra in upward direction, and mentioned second bearing plate presses on lower spinous process of vertebra in downward direction and changes distance between first and second bearing plates.
EFFECT: inventions ensure possibility of adjusting implant dimensions after operation.
