FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: inclined chamber (1) of the combine harvester contains a number of rotating, sequentially located transverse beaters (3) and a device (4) for removing free grain. The beaters (3) are made of rods and their cylindrical surfaces are a set of rings perpendicular to the axis of rotation (4), installed with a gap in relation to each other along the generatrices of the cylinder, the size of which exceeds the dimensions of the free grain, but is less than the width of the ears. The rod rings are united along the outer surfaces by radial strips, (8) oriented along the generatrices of the cylinder. The strips (8) of adjacent beaters (3) are installed with radial overlap, and their outer edges are serrated and shifted in phase in the axial direction at adjacent beaters (3). At the top point of the rotation path, the bars (8) move towards the outlet of the feeder chamber (1).
EFFECT: invention ensures that the flow of free grain into the threshing chamber of the combine harvester is minimized, reliably eliminating the possibility of its crushing by the working parts of the thresher.
