SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the severity of nephrosclerosis in primary glomerulopathies. The following is determined: the estimated glomerular filtration rate, the specific gravity of urine, the concentration of fibrinogen in the blood serum, the patient's age is taken into account, and the severity of nephrosclerosis is calculated as the proportion of completely sclerotic glomeruli as a percentage according to a given formula.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain an adequate assessment of the severity of nephrosclerosis in primary glomerulopathies without performing nephrobiopsy by assessing the totality of the most significant indicators.
