FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical nephrology, and can be used for diagnosing preclinical secondary nephropathy in endocrinopathies in children. The method for enzyme-linked immunoassay is used determining the markers of endothelial dysfunction and growth factors. At an increased concentration of the level of neutrophilic gelatinase-associated lipocalin (NGAL) in urine and endothelin (ET-1) in blood with endocrinopathies in the indicated ranges, preclinical secondary nephropathy is diagnosed in children. At NGAL of 14.38 to 25.95 ng/ml (20.03±5.92 ng/ml), endothelin-1 of 100.64 to 118.1 pg/ml (109.37±8.73 pg/ml) in children with type 1 diabetes, secondary nephropathy is diagnosed. At NGAL of 2.32 to 4.72 ng/ml (3.52±1.20 ng/ml), endothelin-1 of 99.3 to 126.26 pg/ml (112.78±13.48 pg/ml) in children with obesity, secondary nephropathy is diagnosed. At NGAL of 6.55 to 14.33 ng/ml (10.44±3.89 ng/ml), endothelin-1 of 93.08 to 109.76 pg/ml in children with autoimmune thyroiditis, secondary nephropathy is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows early non-invasive diagnostics of preclinical secondary nephropathies in children with endocrinopathies: with type 1 diabetes, obesity, autoimmune thyroiditis, by estimating the endothelial function indicators, growth whereof occurs long before the manifestation of renal damage and change in the generally accepted diagnostic criteria.
