SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to devices for massaging and stretching certain parts of the body, preferably for the treatment of arthritis and arthrosis, and preferably in the fingers, i.e. a device which, when placed on the part of the body to be treated, in particular the fingers and joints, allows the treatment and improvement of diseases of the fingers, i.e. it works as a personal device (active splint) that stretches, straightens, heats and massages and/or vibrates the trochlear joints between the phalanges of the fingers. The device for massaging and stretching the finger comprises at least two cuffs fixed on the finger and connected by means capable of changing the distance between the cuffs in an adjustable way. The body of each cuff is made with the possibility of accommodating a vibration-generating means powered by a control unit. The vibration is generated by the first and second cuffs powered by cables. The power, phase and intensity of the said vibration-generating means is controlled by the control unit. The means capable of changing the distance between the cuffs in an adjustable manner is a means having cavities located between the cuffs and connected to the air supply channel or consisting of a heat-stretch wire made of Ni-Ti alloy. The cuffs are secured to the finger with an adhesive and/or by applying pressure. The finger massaging and stretching glove is provided with the device described above so that the device is placed on at least one of the fingers of the glove.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of stretching the fingers and simultaneous massage and/or vibration on the articular area for the treatment of arthritis or arthrosis without the need to visit a specialized center where the specified treatment is provided.
