SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, physiotherapy. Method includes drug treatment, mud applications on extremities, impact with ultrasound and electrophoresis, hydrokinesitherapy, hydrogen sulfide baths. Peripheral relaxants, vasoactive preparations, group "B" vitamins, chondroprotectors, painkillers are used. At the first stage sulfide silt mud application of glove type are performed at temperature 30 - 40°C, during 10 minutes, every second day, the course includes 5 procedures. Impact on collar zone with ultrasound with hydrocortisone, 0.4 W/cm², is performed daily during 10 minutes, the course includes 5 procedures. Hydrokinesotherapy is performed at water temperature 38°C. At the second stage calcium electrophoresis is performed on collar zone during 2 days, daily, with 5-6 mA, for 20 minutes. Complex of exercises for osteoporosis is carried out. At the third stage sauna for 20 minutes and hydromassage in water at temperature 38°C for 10 minutes are carried out daily during five days. After that, exercises for relaxation and stretching of muscle groups are performed. At the fourth stage hydrogen sulfide baths are carried out at temperature 37°C, for 10 minutes, during five days. After that, complex of dynamic exercises and exercises for hands are performed.

EFFECT: method reduces degree of functional disorders of central nervous system, restores mobility in joints, increases bone mineral density and strength.
