SUBSTANCE: used in the modernization of sprayers for chemical protection of paddy fields from reeds. The device includes a frame-mounted container, a pump, hydraulic communications, a cleaning system, a rotating rod with sprayers located on it in the form of nozzles with spray tips, and a support stand on the sprayer frame behind the container. A rotating rod is hinged to the top of the container at one end, having a protective chamber device made of a sheet of elastic material twisted in a vertical plane in the shape of an Archimedes spiral and a spray nozzle rigidly mounted on each nozzle with the possibility of placing a spray tip inside this device. The device has a fan driven by a hydraulic motor with a system of air ducts, which are fixed at the end point of the right shape of the Archimedes spiral at each protective chamber device and have holes for creating an air flow with an angle not exceeding the angle between the horizontal and the tangent to the Archimedes spiral drawn through the holes of the air ducts, which have a pitch of no more than 25 cm.
