FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: emergency automatic devices for power supply systems used to automatically switch on a reserve. The device for high-speed automatic switching of the reserve contains a switch of the main power input, with two sectional switches, buses of the main power source and buses of the backup power source, and measuring transformers, a relay unit with current relays, maximum and minimum voltage relays, a power direction relay connected to intermediate relays switch positions and instrument transformers, and to a logical block with elements (AND, OR), and time delay elements connected to the executive block with output intermediate relays, the second input switch, the first relay of the “Off” position and the second relay of the “Off” position of the entered switch, the outputs of the first and second relays of the “Off” position of the switch are connected to the inputs of the second element OR, the intermediate relay of the second input switch, the input connected to the output of the first element OR, the control key of the introduced switch connected to the input of the second element AND. Thus, in case of failure of the input switch to turn off or the relay of the “On” position of the input switch, the introduced second input switch and the introduced additional relay of the “Off” position of this switch will ensure the possibility of automatic switching of the reserve.
EFFECT: ability to turn on the section switch of the automatic transfer switch device in the event of a failure of the input switch.
