SUBSTANCE: technical effect is achieved due to feeding of increased voltage from previously charged capacitors onto electric magnets for disabling input switches, simultaneous feeding of increased voltage from previously charged capacitors and direct voltage from network to electric magnet for enabling section switch, for controlling simultaneousness of decrease of voltages of main and reserve sources and for blocking operation of fast action devices for automatic engagement of reserve for the time of removal of emergency by means of forbidding signal time delay block and automatic restoration of operation of fast action devices for automatic engagement of reserve due to control over restoration of voltage in power circuit of sections of buses of sub-stations by means of maximal voltage relay.
EFFECT: increased speed of operation and reliability of operation of device.
