FIELD: electronic signatures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for verifying an electronic signature (EDS). Post-quantum method of generating and verifying the authenticity of digital signatures: generate an m-dimensional finite non-commutative associative algebra, where m≥4, generate a secret key, including a set of m-dimensional vectors as its elements, from which a public key is formed in the form of a set of m-dimensional vectors, receive an electronic document represented by a multi-bit bit string M, depending on the received electronic document and the value of the secret key, an electronic signature is formed, including an m-dimensional vector S, depending on the public key, the received electronic document M and the digital signature performs the electronic digital signature verification procedure, including performing operations of multiplying m-dimensional vectors, raising m-dimensional vectors to the power of a multi-digit binary number and comparison, and generate a result for verifying the authenticity of an electronic digital signature, characterized in that they perform an electronic digital signature verification procedure, including the implementation of operations according to a mathematical formula in the form of equality with k≥2 occurrences of the m-dimensional vector S.
EFFECT: increase in the performance of post-quantum digital signature algorithms without reducing their level of resistance.
